A plain description of what this site collects, which is very little.
This is a reading site. You do not need an account to use it, and it does not ask for personal details unless you choose to write to the editors.
What we collect
The site does not set cookies of its own, show advertising, or run analytics or tracking scripts. It does not collect names, email addresses or location through its pages. The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your email program with a message addressed to the editors, and nothing is sent until you send it.
What third parties see
Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, and ordinary technical request data such as your IP address and browser type passes through it. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so the font provider also receives a standard request when a page opens. We do not control how those providers handle that technical data, and you can read their own policies. Links to sources take you to other organisations' sites, which have their own privacy practices.
If you write to us
If you email the editors, we use your address only to reply and to correct a page where you have found a mistake. We do not sell or share messages. Please keep addresses and personal details out of any message. The editorial standards describe how corrections are made.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The main guide is the place to start reading.
